Coty discloses 2021 climate change impact through CDP

As a global leader in beauty, we recognize our responsibility to take action to protect our planet by reducing our climate impact. Each year, we disclose our climate change impact through CDP, a global non-profit that runs the world’s leading environmental disclosure platform.
This year, we received a B score in the CDP 2021 climate change disclosure for our action to reduce our climate impact.
As we continue to pave our way to delivering Beauty That Lasts, our dedicated sustainability strategy, we recognize and look ahead to the work still to be done. In 2021, we conducted an elaborate footprint study which will serve as our new baseline for the establishment of science-based emission reduction targets following our divestiture from the Wella Company. Based on this footprint, we are setting new environmental targets reflective of our size and scale, and the level of ambition we have around the role we want to play in contributing to a more sustainable future.
We are determined to make continuous progress to minimize the environmental impact of our operations and preserve resources for generations to come.
