February 14, 2025 - Coty announces strong progress in the 2024 CDP Climate Change disclosure, with the company scoring A-, an increase from B in 2023. Coty also participated in the CDP Water Security and Forests disclosures, reinforcing its commitment to environmental transparency.
CDP runs the world’s only independent environmental disclosure system and assesses organizations on their management of environmental impacts. Coty’s improved Climate Change score reflects the company’s emissions reduction initiatives, a commitment to set net-zero targets, and increased disclosure of its climate risks and opportunities.
Coty’s FY24 Sustainability Report highlights key achievements including surpassing 2030 Scope 1 and 2 emissions targets with an 82% reduction since 2019, cutting air freight emissions by 65%, and using 100% renewable electricity in its owned factories and distribution centers.
Coty continued to strengthen transparency around its sustainability initiatives with its first disclosure under the 2024 CDP Water Security and Forests ratings.
Coty’s submission data will be available via the CDP platform later in 2025.
